1. LINKS PACKAGE

• Categorized link listing to your website -$420 per year (or $35/ month)
• Includes 3 links from "Our Websites," "Towns" and other appropriate pages.
• Having an incoming link to your site from Beach-net can help increase your PageRank in Google

2. WEBSITES

2- to 4-screen static HTMLwebsites on Beach-Net! include as much copy or as many graphics as will fit, links to the website from applicable categories within Beach-Net!, and a link on our What's New page for one month.

A $400 design setup fee will be applied to the following advertising options (Four items per screen- $20 per screen for more than 4 screens- Additional items would be $7.50/ item extra). Original art, pictures or exotic pages may incur additional time charges @ $60 per hour.

• 4-Screen Website -- $60 per month on 1-year contract
• $10 per month per screen additional on 1-year contract until beyond 9 screens.

3. SITE DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE

A site design and maintenance contract provides a full-blown static HTML Internet website with reciprocal links with Beach-Net! and sites relevant to your business, graphics, regular content updates, daily checkups and search engine work is $110 per month for 1 year and may contain any or all of these options:

• Domain Name/Virtual Host -- Registration of domain name and virtual host for "www.yourcompany.com". $75.00 thru Networks Solutions for 3 years.
• Original Artwork -- Variable.
• Photography -- $50 per hour
• Secure Server -- Included upon request.
• Shopping Cart Maintenance -- $300 per year.
• Shopping Cart setup fee -- $2.50 per item line over basic site design fee ($7.50 with picture).
• Page Additions -- $20 per page (Includes 4 photo's, 4 shopping cart items)
• Picture change/scan -- $7.50 per picture

Dynamic Databased eCommerce & Real Estate Solutions

• Initial site design - $400.00
• Administrative Back-end Additional $400.00
• All dynamically built (PHP/MYSQL) web sites are subject to hourly programming charges after initial sites are approved and implemented at an hourly rate of $90.00/hour with a half hour minimum.

4. SPONSORSHIPS

• 100x100 Buttons are available on major section pages for $75 a month, double buttons for $150.
• 1"x7" banner link to your ad or site at the top of a Beach-Net! page are $200 per month for major section pages; $100 per month for other pages.
• Beach cam sponsorship rates $200.00/mo. for Bethany Cam, Ocean City Cam, and Rehobothbeachcam.com.

5. CONSULTING

We will be glad to consult with you on obtaining Internet access or designing your own Web pages. Our consulting fees are $90 per hour plus travel for businesses and $45 per hour for schools and non-profit organizations.

6. POLICIES

• All Advertising will be sold on a yearly basis.
• Links must be paid for in advance.
• Ads, sponsorships and site contracts will be billed monthly.
